Overview
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Partial Refunds
Some items might qualify only for partial refunds, including:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Opened media products (e.g., CDs, DVDs, games)
- Items returned damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about approval. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or clearance cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
Gift items marked as such during purchase and shipped directly to you will be issued a gift certificate upon return. Otherwise, refunds will be processed to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount. For valuable items, we recommend using tracked shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.
